Your farm is the foundation of your Proof of Shade experience. Every player starts with a free entry-level shitty backyard that has a fixed tree capacity and limited seed slots. Each farm sets the rules for how many trees you can grow and which seeds you can plant.
As you upgrade your farm, your capacity expands and new seed types unlock. Bigger farms unlock more planting zones and rare seeds that lower-tier farms can’t handle. For example, mythic trees like the Shade Singularity cannot grow on a basic farm — you need advanced plots to cultivate legendary breeds.
When you upgrade, every tree you’ve already planted carries over. Your forest grows without interruption. Higher-level farms are the gateway to bigger yields, rarer trees, and a greater real-world impact with every dollar staked and tree funded.
Build smart. Expand wisely. Each farm upgrade is another step toward planting more trees, claiming more $AFC, and pushing the mission forward.
